A miniature actigraph worn around the wrist (Mini Motionlogger, Ambulatory Monitoring, Inc. Ardsley, NY) was employed to evaluate sleep quality objectively, making it feasible to watch sleep under pure situation with small distortions. The actigraph measures wrist exercise using a piezoelectric component and interprets wrist movements into an elect
